THE CHALLENGE & BRIEF Veltz Law’s original branding felt outdated and unprofessional. The griffin logo looked like clip art, the typography lacked consistency, and the website had no clear navigation. For a trial law firm, the design failed to inspire trust or credibility.
The client requested a masculine, modern identity that felt strong and professional without being too flashy. The website needed to be sleek and easy to navigate for older clients, with a muted color palette that wouldn’t overwhelm the content. They also expressed a strong preference for greens and blues.
My role was to refine these requests into a cohesive design system that balanced professionalism with approachability.
