EVOLVEVISUAL IDENTITY 2023Evolve Music Festival’s identity captures the energy and movement of live performance through vibrant colors, bold typography, and fluid graphics. The system was designed to mirror the rhythm and dynamism of the event, creating a visual language that feels alive on posters, billboards, and digital channels. The result is a cohesive identity that amplifies the festival’s atmosphere while standing out in the crowded music and cultural landscape.SYSTEM POSTERSThe poster system was designed as a modular set: four lineup posters where fluid lines extend seamlessly across each layout, creating a continuous rhythm when viewed together while still functioning independently. A blue variation was developed specifically for pole banners, with its layout designed to be split down the middle so each half could stand alone on street signage while still connecting back to the overall identity. The design uses fluid lines to represent rhythm and connection, while bright gradients and playful type reflect diversity and inclusivity. Repetition of the festival’s name reinforces brand recognition across touchpoints, ensuring consistency whether viewed on a massive city billboard or a small flyer. INSTAGRAMThe development focused on scalability and flexibility. Initial explorations tested how motion and color could translate across formats — from animated digital posters to static print. Typography was refined to balance legibility with personality, while the palette was pushed to bold extremes to ensure maximum impact in busy urban environments.VIP MERCHANDISEHigh-fidelity applications showcase the identity in action: large-scale billboards, subway posters, and street installations that immerse the audience in the brand before they even arrive at the festival. Animated elements extend the system into digital spaces, creating continuity across physical and online experiences. The identity becomes not just decoration but a driver of anticipation and excitement. The project reinforced the value of modularity and consistency, while showing how color, type, and rhythm can adapt to different scales without losing impact.
